How do I register for IAWJARC 2026
Visit the official conference website and click on the “Register Now” button. Fill out the form and follow the instructions.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM
What are the dates and venue of the conference?
IAWJARC 2026 will take place from June 08–12, 2026, in Abuja, Nigeria. Venue: Body of Benchers Complex, Plot 688, No. 12, Y.C. Maikyau Crescent, Institution and Research District, FCC Phase III, Abuja-FCT.
Where can I find the conference agenda?
The full agenda will be available on the website.
Will the conference be hybrid (in-person and virtual)?
Yes, the conference is available for both in-person and virtual participation.
Are there recommended hotels near the venue?
Yes, a list of partner hotels with special conference rates is available on the conference website under the “Hotels” section.
Will transportation be provided for participants?
Shuttle services will be available from selected hotels to the venue. Schedules will be shared closer to the event date.
Do international participants need a visa?
Yes. Participants should apply for a Nigerian visa well in advance. An official invitation letter will be provided upon request after registration.
What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?
Current national and international public health guidelines will be followed. Updates will be posted on the conference website.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
How do I join the conference virtually?
Registered virtual participants will receive a link and login details via email prior to the conference. Live stream will also be available via our social media platforms.
What platform will the virtual sessions use?
All virtual sessions will be hosted on Zoom with live streaming via our platform.
I’m having trouble accessing the virtual platform. What should I do?
Contact the tech team at info@nawjn.org.ng.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Recordings of all sessions will be available to participants after the conference.
MISCELLANEOUS
Will interpretation services be available?
Yes, simultaneous interpretation in English and French will be available for select sessions.
